PropZone — Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which payments made on PropZone (“we,” “our,” or “us”) may be refunded. By purchasing or subscribing to any paid service on PropZone, you agree to this policy.

PropZone provides digital services and listing-based features. Payments made for these services are considered service fees and not property transaction fees.


1. Services Covered Under This Policy

This policy applies to payments made for:

  • Property listing plans

  • Featured / premium listing upgrades

  • Subscription or membership plans

  • Advertising or promotional services

  • Lead or inquiry-based services (if applicable)

It does not apply to:

  • Property booking, purchase, rent, or transaction payments made outside PropZone

  • Payments made directly to property owners, agents, or third parties

PropZone is not responsible for refunds related to real estate transactions between users.


2. General Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated, all payments made on PropZone are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Listing plan fees

  • Subscription charges

  • Promotional or advertising fees

  • One-time activation or setup charges

Refunds will not be issued in cases such as:

  • Incorrect plan selection

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Low or no inquiries/responses

  • Listing suspension due to policy violations

  • User-initiated account deletion


3. Refunds for Duplicate or Failed Payments

A refund may be issued only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment due to technical error

  • Amount deducted but service not activated

  • Transaction failure with payment confirmation

In such cases, users must provide:

  • Transaction ID

  • Payment receipt or bank reference

  • Date and amount paid

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days (processing time may vary depending on the payment gateway or bank).


4. Cancellation Policy

  • Users may cancel a subscription or listing at any time.

  • Cancellation does not entitle the user to a refund for the remaining period.

  • Services will remain active until the end of the paid billing cycle (where applicable).

PropZone reserves the right to suspend or cancel services for:

  • Fraudulent or misleading listings

  • Misuse or violation of platform policies

  • Illegal activities or false information

Such cancellations are not eligible for refunds.


5. Plan Changes & Upgrades

  • Upgrading to a higher plan is allowed (additional charges apply).

  • Downgrading a plan does not qualify for partial or prorated refunds.


6. Third-Party Payments

PropZone is not liable for:

  • Payments made directly to agents, sellers, or property owners

  • Offline transactions or private agreements between users

Users must contact the respective third party regarding such refunds.


7. How to Request a Refund (Eligible Cases Only)

To request a refund (only where applicable), contact us with full transaction details:

8. Policy Changes

PropZone reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time.
