1. No Refund on Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads:

✅ All sales are generally final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered or downloaded.
This is because digital files cannot be returned.


2. Refund Eligibility (Exceptions)

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

✔ You purchased the same product twice accidentally
✔ The file is completely corrupted or not working and our support team cannot resolve the issue
✔ You did not receive the product after payment (technical delivery failure)

If eligible, refunds will be processed after verification.
