Once confirmed, we will provide dedicated support. If your support duration has expired at the time of contact, we will notify you in our response, and support will no longer be available after the expiration date.<\/li>\n
  2. We do not respond to phone calls, and we do not accept requests for phone support under any circumstances.<\/li>\n
  3. Upon contacting us via email or WhatsApp, you will receive a response within 2 business days. Please do not expect an immediate reply. However, we will try to address your query as quickly as possible based on availability.<\/li>\n
  4. Our support is limited to pre-built websites created by us. We do not provide support for GPL themes, plugins, Elementor template kits, or other third-party products. For support with these, please refer to the product documentation or contact the original author.<\/li>\n
  5. Please note that your support package will not automatically renew upon expiration. Before contacting us for support, please verify the status of your Support Package. You must manually renew it upon expiration.<\/li>\n
  6. We provide support exclusively for pre-built websites purchased directly from our store. If you purchase a support package from us but obtain our pre-built websites from third-party sources, we will not provide support. Additionally, we do not support or resolve issues for websites developed by third parties during your support period.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
