3. Booking and Payments<\/strong>
Bookings can be made online through our website or by contacting us via WhatsApp or phone. We accept UPI, debit\/credit cards, and pay-after-service options (if available). Payment must be completed before or immediately after the service, depending on the chosen method.<\/p>

4. Service Execution<\/strong>
We strive to assign trained and background-verified professionals for all services. However, timings and availability may vary due to location, service demand, and public holidays. ServicePro is not liable for delays caused by unavoidable circumstances.<\/p>

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling<\/strong>
You can cancel or reschedule a service up to 3 hours before the scheduled time. Late cancellations may incur a small fee. No-shows without prior notice will be considered as completed bookings and may not be eligible for refund.<\/p>

If you are unsatisfied with a service, please contact us within 24 hours. We offer a free service revisit or partial refund in case of genuine dissatisfaction or service failure. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7 business days.<\/p>

Customers are expected to provide accurate information, ensure access to the premises, and maintain respectful communication with service professionals. Misuse, abusive behavior, or unsafe environments may lead to service denial or account suspension.<\/p>
