By purchasing or subscribing to any paid service on PropZone, you agree to this policy.<\/p><p>PropZone provides <strong>digital services and listing-based features<\/strong>. Payments made for these services are considered service fees and <strong>not property transaction fees<\/strong>.<\/p><hr \/><h2><strong>1. Services Covered Under This Policy<\/strong><\/h2><p>This policy applies to payments made for:<\/p><ul><li><p>Property listing plans<\/p><\/li><li><p>Featured \/ premium listing upgrades<\/p><\/li><li><p>Subscription or membership plans<\/p><\/li><li><p>Advertising or promotional services<\/p><\/li><li><p>Lead or inquiry-based services (if applicable)<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>It does <strong>not<\/strong> apply to:<\/p><ul><li><p>Property booking, purchase, rent, or transaction payments made outside PropZone<\/p><\/li><li><p>Payments made directly to property owners, agents, or third parties<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>PropZone is <strong>not responsible<\/strong> for refunds related to real estate transactions between users.<\/p><hr \/><h2><strong>2. General Refund Policy<\/strong><\/h2><p>Unless otherwise stated, <strong>all payments made on PropZone are non-refundable<\/strong>, including but not limited to:<\/p><ul><li><p>Listing plan fees<\/p><\/li><li><p>Subscription charges<\/p><\/li><li><p>Promotional or advertising fees<\/p><\/li><li><p>One-time activation or setup charges<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>Refunds will <strong>not<\/strong> be issued in cases such as:<\/p><ul><li><p>Incorrect plan selection<\/p><\/li><li><p>Change of mind after purchase<\/p><\/li><li><p>Low or no inquiries\/responses<\/p><\/li><li><p>Listing suspension due to policy violations<\/p><\/li><li><p>User-initiated account deletion<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h2><strong>3. Refunds for Duplicate or Failed Payments<\/strong><\/h2><p>A refund may be issued only in the following cases:<\/p><ul><li><p>Duplicate payment due to technical error<\/p><\/li><li><p>Amount deducted but service not activated<\/p><\/li><li><p>Transaction failure with payment confirmation<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>In such cases, users must provide:<\/p><ul><li><p>Transaction ID<\/p><\/li><li><p>Payment receipt or bank reference<\/p><\/li><li><p>Date and amount paid<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>Approved refunds will be processed to the <strong>original payment method<\/strong> within <strong>7\u201314 working days<\/strong> (processing time may vary depending on the payment gateway or bank).<\/p><hr \/><h2><strong>4. Cancellation Policy<\/strong><\/h2><ul><li><p>Users may cancel a subscription or listing at any time.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Cancellation <strong>does not entitle the user to a refund<\/strong> for the remaining period.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Services will remain active until the end of the paid billing cycle (where applicable).<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>PropZone reserves the right to suspend or cancel services for:<\/p><ul><li><p>Fraudulent or misleading listings<\/p><\/li><li><p>Misuse or violation of platform policies<\/p><\/li><li><p>Illegal activities or false information<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>Such cancellations are <strong>not eligible for refunds<\/strong>.<\/p><hr \/><h2><strong>5. Plan Changes &amp; Upgrades<\/strong><\/h2><ul><li><p>Upgrading to a higher plan is allowed (additional charges apply).<\/p><\/li><li><p>Downgrading a plan does <strong>not<\/strong> qualify for partial or prorated refunds.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h2><strong>6. Third-Party Payments<\/strong><\/h2><p>PropZone is <strong>not liable<\/strong> for:<\/p><ul><li><p>Payments made directly to agents, sellers, or property owners<\/p><\/li><li><p>Offline transactions or private agreements between users<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>Users must contact the respective third party regarding such refunds.<\/p><hr \/><h2><strong>7.
