We strive to deliver fresh and delicious cakes on time, every time. However, if something goes wrong, we have a clear refund policy in place.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"319\" data-end=\"347\"><strong data-start=\"319\" data-end=\"345\">1. Order Cancellations<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"348\" data-end=\"743\">\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"348\" data-end=\"471\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"350\" data-end=\"471\">Orders cancelled <strong data-start=\"367\" data-end=\"388\">at least 24 hours<\/strong> before the scheduled delivery or pickup time are eligible for a <strong data-start=\"453\" data-end=\"468\">full refund<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"472\" data-end=\"589\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"474\" data-end=\"589\">For custom cake orders, cancellations must be made <strong data-start=\"525\" data-end=\"557\">at least 48 hours in advance<\/strong> to qualify for a full refund.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"590\" data-end=\"743\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"592\" data-end=\"743\">Cancellation requests made <strong data-start=\"619\" data-end=\"638\">within 24 hours<\/strong> of the delivery\/pickup time may not be eligible for a refund, as preparation may already be in progress.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"745\" data-end=\"781\"><strong data-start=\"745\" data-end=\"779\">2. Incorrect or Damaged Orders<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"782\" data-end=\"1109\">\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"782\" data-end=\"929\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"784\" data-end=\"929\">If you receive a <strong data-start=\"801\" data-end=\"817\">damaged cake<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"819\" data-end=\"842\">wrong flavor\/design<\/strong>, or <strong data-start=\"847\" data-end=\"867\">incomplete order<\/strong>, please notify us <strong data-start=\"886\" data-end=\"904\">within 2 hours<\/strong> of delivery or pickup.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"930\" data-end=\"985\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"932\" data-end=\"985\">We may request photos as proof to assess the issue.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"986\" data-end=\"1109\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"988\" data-end=\"1109\">After review, we will either provide a <strong data-start=\"1027\" data-end=\"1042\">replacement<\/strong> or initiate a <strong data-start=\"1057\" data-end=\"1080\">full\/partial refund<\/strong>, depending on the situation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1111\" data-end=\"1137\"><strong data-start=\"1111\" data-end=\"1135\">3.
